Requirements to Join the DOJ:
• You must be 18 years or older and truthful about your age. • You must thoroughly read and understand the DOJ SOP and server rules before beginning your role. • A minimum weekly activity requirement must be maintained (court sessions, case work, meetings, or filings). Failure to meet activity expectations without communication may result in removal. • You must complete a mandatory training and evaluation period under DOJ leadership before full promotion. • Professionalism is required at all times — both in-character and out-of-character. • You must demonstrate the ability to remain unbiased and ethical, even in high-pressure or high-profile cases. • All DOJ members are expected to prioritize story-driven RP over “winning” cases. • Proper documentation, filings, and case preparation are required — low-effort work will not be accepted. • Confidential information must remain strictly within DOJ channels. • You may not hold positions that create a conflict of interest (subject to leadership review). • Inactivity without notice may result in demotion or removal. • DOJ leadership reserves the right to remove members who fail to uphold department standards.
